We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our brigade and support the team to deliver memorable dining experiences through first class cuisine. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Ensure mise en place is prepared and stocked for service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation and minimising wastage
