Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
- Strategic Analysis & Forecasting: play a key role in the annual and multi‑year commercial planning processes for Oncology, leading analytical work, ensuring consistency across teams, and assessing multiple scenarios to support strategic decision‑making.
- Performance Monitoring & Market Insights: lead end‑to‑end performance monitoring across public and private markets, owning monthly KPI tracking, proactively identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and translating insights into clear, data‑based recommendations in regular business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Private Market Commercial Offers: design and build annual commercial offers for key private groups, track performance vs. objectives, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to optimize impact and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
