MacDonald Search Group is partnering with a growing Canadian food manufacturer to recruit a Commercialization Manager responsible for leading the successful commercialization of new products, product renovations, and innovation initiatives from approval through launch.

About The Role

Reporting to the commercial leadership team, the Commercialization Manager will lead cross‑functional project teams, drive alignment across stakeholders, and bring new products to market on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and business objectives. The role is based in the Greater Toronto Area with a hybrid work arrangement and requires periodic travel to manufacturing facilities, mainly in Ontario.
