Our client, a $1.3B multi-state community bank, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to join its team in the Northern Front Range of Colorado. This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship driven lender with at least 10+ years of commercial lending experience who enjoys developing new business and building long-term client relationships.

The role will focus primarily on C%26I lending, with some commercial real estate. There are some ag loans in this branches portfolio and any knowledge of ag lending or a farm background would be a definite plus.

While this position will inherit a small portfolio, the primary emphasis is on growing both loans and deposits through business development. Just as importantly, this opportunity offers a clear path for career advancement, as there are three retirements that will occur over the next 5 to 7 years.
