In this position, you will leverage your extensive Yardi knowledge to assist clients through various stages, from planning to post-implementation support. You will conduct assessments, document business needs, and facilitate training sessions to ensure clients get the most out of their systems. Your role will actively involve improving operational efficiencies and utilizing your strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope through client needs assessments
• Configure Yardi systems including Commercial and Voyager 8
• Document requirements and translate them into solutions
• Manage user onboarding and correspondence setups
• Conduct user training remotely and onsite
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of Yardi experience required
