Role Description
The Sola Commercial Team Manager is responsible for leading and developing the commercial operation across Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. This role combines the leadership of a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) with the direct management of strategic customer accounts during a transition period, with the objective of gradually delegating account management to the team and focusing on regional commercial leadership.
The role reports to the Head of Region LATAM and serves as Evolution's primary commercial representative for the Sola territory.
