Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end sales funnels with a focus on conversion and closing large accounts
- Negotiate complex contracts involving significant financial decisions for schools
- Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers such as directors and C-Level executives
- Maintain CRM updates throughout all funnel stages
- Identify market opportunities and suggest product improvements
- Develop creative engagement actions to enhance the school journey
Requirements
- Solid experience in complex, long-cycle B2B sales (SaaS, ERP, etc.)
- Proficiency in sales funnel management
- Availability for frequent travel throughout Brazil
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle constant changes and work with a sense of urgency
