The Commercial Planning Manager is responsible for formulating and proposing organizational goals and targets, as well as measuring performance through defined KPIs. The role drives organizational motivation through KPI evaluation and incentive programs.
Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring that multicategory data and analysis for National Key Accounts are effectively developed, maintained, and continuously improved to support timely decision‑making for both management and frontline teams.
