Commercial Operations Specialist (Bilbao)

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Trading and Operations department in our Business Unit based in Bilbao, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the COP/COS issuance and circulation process based on the information received by the trader
• Manage the documentation flow in coordination with other TMI offices involved where applicable
• Expedite orders through interaction with both internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines, warehouses)
• Ensure a timely and accurate information flow among different parties involved in each transaction
• Update internal databases and worksheets related to the trading activities
• Communicate to the relevant trader anomalies or matters that require specific attention or further negotiation
• Assist with outturn report, preliminary/final settlements and commercial analysis (where applicable)
