Commercial Operations Executive - PH SM & BDI

Job Description

• Ensure standardized S&O process across all BD businesses and distributors in scope.
• Coordinate importation and logistics execution with regional teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors / customers.
• Coordinate shipments and schedules with Regional Distribution Center and SEA Regional Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors / customers.
• Work closely with business teams to ensure successful implementation of corporate-level commercial operation strategy, projects, and processes.
• Drive the achievement of distributor supply chain related KPIs by functioning as key contact person to distributors.
• Attend and ensure pre-consensus meetings are conducted according to agenda and with high quality outputs.
• Lead the SIOP and S&OE process on a monthly basis for the relevant business with all key distributors identified.
