Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy across commercial systems
- Support reporting needs, including building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports for leadership
- Assist in pipeline tracking, forecasting support, and general performance reporting
- Monitor data quality, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and take action to resolve them
- Support ongoing improvements to tools, processes, and workflows
- Assist in analyzing sales and account performance trends
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to support ongoing initiatives
