Commercial Operations Analyst

Job Purpose

This role is focused on identifying, analyzing, and solving business problems through data. The post holder will leverage SQL and Python to extract insights, develop scalable solutions, and drive meaningful, data‑led change across the organization.

Responsibilities

Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, the role is responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and delivering end‑to‑end solutions—from problem definition and requirements gathering through to development, implementation, and embedding of change.

This role involves proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, using data to diagnose issues, and designing and building solutions that enhance business performance, efficiency, and decision‑making. This includes developing analytical models, automating processes, and establishing robust, repeatable approaches to solving business challenges.
