The role will manage the end‑to‑end ETL process for key data from customer accounts to support critical business reporting and analytics for Global Commercial Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Data Acquisition: collaborate with customer accounts to obtain periodic data on an agreed schedule and verify it is loadable and usable.
• Data Staging: stage data, resolve load errors, verify completeness, and maintain accurate data cleansing (material and account cross‑referencing).
• Data Loading: confirm data is loaded into all analytics and reporting systems.
• Issue Resolution: work directly with internal partners and customers to resolve data issues.
• Process Improvement: collaborate to identify and execute improvement initiatives (e.g., load timing optimization, data cleansing, process documentation).
