We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager – QS to join our site team for a major construction project in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all site commercial and quantity surveying activities from project commencement through final account settlement.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Administer the main contract and subcontract agreements, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Review and evaluate variations, claims, extensions of time, and payment applications.
- Prepare and negotiate subcontract packages, certifications, and final accounts.
- Monitor project cash flow, cost performance, and commercial risks.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Planning Team, Procurement Team, Consultants, and Client on all commercial matters.
