COMMERCIAL MANAGER - PROJECTS

Summary: BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities for our Data Center & MEP projects, driving revenue growth, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and ensuring profitability.

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team on commercial matters.
