Key Responsibilities:
Take active responsibility for financial procedures in collaboration with the Regional Commercial Director.
Recommend trade contractors, systems, and manufacturers for technical and commercial evaluation.
Manage the valuation process with both clients and the supply chain, including follow-up on invoice payments.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
Provide guidance on product selection, specifications, and support value engineering initiatives.
Support the selection of works contractors, including the preparation of comparative assessments.
Monitor information flow between project stakeholders to ensure all works are properly authorised at all times.
Prepare subcontracts and labour-only agreements in line with project requirements.
