Key Responsibilities:

• Take active responsibility for financial procedures in collaboration with the Regional Commercial Director.
• Recommend trade contractors, systems, and manufacturers for technical and commercial evaluation.
• Manage the valuation process with both clients and the supply chain, including follow-up on invoice payments.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
• Provide guidance on product selection, specifications, and support value engineering initiatives.
• Support the selection of works contractors, including the preparation of comparative assessments.
• Monitor information flow between project stakeholders to ensure all works are properly authorised at all times.
