Responsible for Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Information Systems, and Human Resources departments of one location. In addition to being the senior commercial plant leader, this leadership role is responsible for interfacing and coordinating with regional and global business leaders for the responsible functions. Will work closely with all functional areas including operations, engineering, sales and project management. The position also participates in strategic discussions and is involved in all significant decisions of the business.
Performs or leads a combination of staff functions and/or operations that support the organization's short- and long-range goals and strategies. Plans, coordinates and manages the allocation of resources (e.g., people, equipment) to deliver timely results.
Qualifications
