About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical and hands on Facilities Manager to lead operations at a major downtown commercial property.

This role is responsible for overseeing all building operations, maintenance activities, and service delivery across a single high profile site. You will lead a small technical team while ensuring building systems operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption.

This is a hard services focused FM role requiring both leadership capability and the ability to actively support technical troubleshooting when required.
