Commercial Executive

The Commercial Executive shall prepare Pre-contract & Post-contract submissions and administrations for Construction (M&E/CSA) engineering works which encompasses tender preparation, submission, clarification, contract administration, progress claim, cost-control, monitoring of insurance, bond and DLP, with strong negotiation and detail-oriented skills.

The scope shall encompass the following:

• Study specification(s) to understand customer’s requirements.
• Source, evaluate and select subcontractors/vendors’ quotations to meet project tender and pricing requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering team on technical proposal submission and enquiries.
• Prepare BoQ take-off, cost estimation, cost breakdown and cost summary based on technical/engineering inputs and customer’s tender requirements.
