Commercial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on variation claims for construction projects
• Identify commercial entitlements
• Maintain variation logs, claim registers, and commercial tracking reports
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants, and clients on commercial matters
• Assist in drafting and preparing contractual correspondence related to variations, claims, payment issues, and scope changes

Qualifications

• Commercial Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in construction and landscape contracting
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
• Knowledge of contract and variations claims
