Position Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO and maintaining regular interaction with the company's investors and Board representatives, the Commercial Director will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy, developing new business opportunities and building a scalable go-to-market model.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's commercial strategy and growth roadmap.
- Lead all sales and business development activities across existing and new markets.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships, distribution channels and key accounts.
- Build, develop and motivate a high-performing commercial team.
- Establish sales processes, KPIs, forecasting methodologies and performance management frameworks.
