The Commercial Contracts Manager will be responsible for providing world class support from tendering to final project completion, ensuring a balance of customer centricity and risk management. The Commercial Contracts Manager will support the growth of the region both financially and in terms of capability by building a risk management mind‑set within the broader regional team and influencing change at the global level.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide negotiations preparation and support to the Sales and Proposal teams, as well as Project Managers/Service leaders and other functions within the region
- Review, negotiate, and approve Non‑Disclosure Agreements as necessary to support proposal efforts
