About the Opportunity
Helvetia Tech Solutions is building two next-generation AI-powered platforms for the biopharmaceutical industry:
- BioXion – AI-powered Development Intelligence Platform for biopharma companies and CDMOs
- FormulytiX – AI-powered Formulation Intelligence Platform for biologics, vaccines and complex molecules.
We are seeking a hands‑on Commercial Co‑Founder to help drive commercial traction, pilot customer acquisition, strategic partnerships and future fundraising activities.
What You Will Do
- Secure pilot customers and Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Develop relationships with biotech, pharma, CDMO and CRO stakeholders
- Build and manage the commercial pipeline
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Support fundraising and investor outreach activities
