About The Role
As a CBRE Commercial Cleaner, you will perform basic maintenance tasks, including housekeeping, occupancy, and custodial duties. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function, responsible for providing world‑class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness of the property, boardrooms, washrooms, kitchens and general office spaces.
- Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Organize inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are stocked.
- Respond to employee desk and office lockouts and manage replacement keys.
- Follow government and company regulations related to building operations and work safety.
- Complete general labour work as assigned. Assist internal employees with office space relocation by delivering and collecting packing supplies.
