Responsibilities
- Review and advise on legal matters, support all business units nationwide in Mexico, review and draft credit, trust, and other guarantee agreements; draft and review various types of agreements; analyze and implement local regulations.
- Monitor and provide legal advice regarding compliance with guidelines issued by Mexican authorities for the automotive industry and maintain relationships with the government for compliance.
- Coordinate, follow‑up, and negotiate litigation in which group companies are involved, and liaise with external counsel handling those matters.
- Provide legal support for special projects (e.g., joint ventures and spin‑offs).
- Coordinate and advise on the negotiation and signing of various legal documents with clients, maintaining direct relationships for legal support.
