FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Commercial Assistant to join our successful Commercial Team. As our Commercial Assistant , you will provide accurate and value-generating input to our projects, ensuring all commercial aspects are carried out in accordance with the contract, company policies and procedures. This is a full time, permanent position based from our depot Purley Oaks, Croydon.
The duties of the Commercial Assistant role will include:
- Undertaking cost value analyst for all aspects of the works including Reactive and Schemes
- Performing risk, value management and cost control activities for the benefit of the contract
- Managing the change control process, capturing, notifying, valuing and agreeing variations and contractual claims
- Providing advice on the procurement strategy to include cost value analyst and procurement of sub-contractors
