**Commercial Agreements**
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enable Commercial Agreements: Run marketing programs calculation & payouts; monitor commercial agreements providing visibility to customer partners and manage commercial commissions; Ensure marketing campaigns are effectively operationalized through the order management process and provides analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure setting up the system Execution for Commercial Programs: Enter and maintain data (incl. update commercial conditions, pricing updates). Prepare system set up for settlements and support accruals based on approved programs and direction from Finance. Support analysis and assist in resolving Commercial Agreement issues (nonexistent prices, undefined products, etc.) by liaising with internal functions.
