Position Overview

As the Public Relations (Recruitment) for the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will be responsible for communicating to both internal and external audiences “what mission AIRoA pursues,” “what kinds of roles exist at AIRoA,” and “what kind of people are thriving at AIRoA.” By deeply understanding the association’s mission to promote AI- and robot-foundation models and data ecosystems globally, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to articulate our purpose and the appeal of working at AIRoA, and to build long-term relationships with talent who are a strong fit for the organization.

主な業務内容

AIロボット協会（AIRoA）の広報担当（採用）として、「AIRoAがどんなミッションを持っているか」「どんな仕事がAIRoAにあるのか」「どんな人がAIRoAで活躍しているか」などを、社内外に伝える役割を担っていただきます。AI×ロボット基盤モデルとデータエコシステムを世界に発信する協会のミッションを理解し、採用チームと連携しながら、広報担当（採用）として使命や働く魅力を言語化し、当協会にフィットする人材との中長期的な関係構築を進めていただきます。
