Colour Chip & Sample Board Assembler

Job Summary

Responsible for carefully pasting, assembling, and organizing colour chips and material samples onto catalogue boards. Ensures that all sample boards are neat, accurate, and ready for use by the client, sales and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Paste and arrange colour chips on catalogue boards following the given layout or template.
• Ensure clean, precise, and consistent placement of all samples.
• Label each sample correctly based on product codes or colour names.
• Check finished boards for quality (alignment, cleanliness, completeness).
• Organize finished boards and prepare them for distribution to the sales/design teams.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and handle materials properly.
• Monitor supply levels of colour chips, adhesives, and boards and report when restocking is needed.
