Colombia Talent Acquisition Lead — Build & Scale

As the first TA hire, you will spearhead the talent acquisition strategy, manage end-to-end recruiting processes, and build a strong employer brand. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
