1. Job Responsibilities (Propósito del Cargo)
The core mission of this role is to penetrate the Colombian sales network and ensure the high-impact execution of headquarters' strategies.
- Sales Growth & Performance Management: Drive sales targets across distributors and Key Accounts (KA) . Perform deep-dive analysis of the sales cycle to boost monthly Sell-out (SO) and Offtake metrics.
- Key Account Operations & Expansion: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing core KAs. Proactively identify and develop new white space accounts and optimize Point of Sale Materials (POSM ) to ensure brand excellence.
- Deep Distributor Supervision: Execute daily field visits and on-site inspections. Maintain real-time control over distributor inventory, logistics, and field execution to ensure 100% alignment with global HQ strategies.
