Colombia HR Director: Strategy & Execution

Ansira seeks a Director of HR for Colombia to lead local people strategy execution and ensure alignment with global and U.S.-based stakeholders. Based in Medellín with a strong hybrid presence, you will translate strategy into practical local actions and guide senior leaders on employment practices and compliance.

We require 8+ years in senior HR roles, deep Colombian labor law knowledge, and a track record of driving change in a multinational context.
