Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Collision Estimator role based in Kelowna British Columbia, Canada. The Collision Estimator is responsible for greeting customers, assessing vehicle damage, and preparing accurate and detailed repair estimates using approved estimating systems and insurer guidelines. Day‑to‑day tasks include inspecting vehicles, documenting damage, identifying required parts and labour, and communicating repair plans clearly to customers, technicians, and insurance partners. The role involves obtaining approvals, updating estimates as needed, and maintaining thorough records to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs. The Collision Estimator collaborates closely with the production team to schedule work, manage cycle times, and uphold quality and safety standards. Regular communication, customer follow‑up, and support in resolving concerns are key components of this position.
