Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a trustworthy and seasoned Insurance Claims Collections Specialist to run outbound collections and accounts receivable follow-up for a growing company. A large share of this role is spent on the phone with corporate adjusters and clients — looking into payment statuses, chasing outstanding balances, and keeping every account moving toward resolution. You'll also keep detailed records in our CRM and back the claims process with accurate, consistent documentation. The person we're after is confident on the phone, persistent yet professional, highly organized, and comfortable being the steady voice that keeps payments on track.
