Collections Team Lead

Overview

ISS STOXX is growing and seeking a Collections Team Lead to lead, motivate, and train the collections team to meet monthly goals. The role reports directly to the Collections Head, under the Revenue Control Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist Collections Manager with setting clear goals and KPIs for the collection staff.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate collections team members in Manila.
• Teach strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations and performance, ensuring process documents are followed and feedback is provided.
• Ensure client communications regarding outstanding debt are effective, clear, and consistent with company policy.
• Delegate tasks and aid Collections Manager with regular performance evaluation.
