The role is responsible for maintaining our systems, investigating support issues, and preparing new features together with system users or other analysts.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to requests for technical assistance raised through collection tickets and check necessary details
• Conduct investigation, troubleshoot, and gather essential data to find the root cause of the problem
• Provide technical solutions within acceptable timeframes or redirect issues to IT counterparts for further escalation
• Communicate findings with business partners and handle documentation of resolutions
• Perform unit testing, system configuration, and deployment of necessary changes in production
• Extract data from various sources to use for validation and monitoring of technical processes
