Key Responsibilities
- Design collection strategies tailored to product types, DPD buckets, and customer segments
- Build a strategy layer for agency allocation, legal action, field ops, and tele-collections
- Track performance KPIs – Roll rates, Recovery %, Cost of Collection, and Agency ROI
- Leverage analytics to define contact strategy – frequency, mode (WhatsApp, IVR, FOS, etc.)
- Work closely with tech/product teams to implement collection rule engines
- Set up and enhance dashboards for real-time tracking of delinquency and flow-through
- Evaluate and optimize BOT-based, IVR, and human collection journeys
- Identify high-risk cohorts and design proactive collection campaigns
Eligibility / Qualification
- Education – A minimum of Graduate Degree
- Technical Skills – SQL, Excel, Python, R
- Experience in CMS, dialer/IVR systems, and collection BOTs
