We are looking to hire an energetic, proactive, self-motivated go getter and collaborative Collections Specialist to join our growing team.
As a member of the accounting team, you will work closely with different departments including Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and the Executive team.
This position is responsible for managing the collections process while maintaining positive communications with customers.
**KEY TRAITS**:
- Ensures compliance with GAAP and other requirements, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
- Prefer Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) experience.
- Strong QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independent self-starter motivated to meet or exceed goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
