We are looking for a Collections Process Associate to join our team. The role focuses on contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email, or written communication to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and payment agreements
- Follow up on broken promises to pay and escalate unresolved cases when necessary
- Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and internal procedures
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets
