Job Summary

The Billing and Collection Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of clients, monitoring accounts receivable, and following up on outstanding payments. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or similar accounting role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing procedures and accounts receivable processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
