Credit Agent
Reporting to the regional credit manager, the credit agent participates in managing customer accounts and ensuring compliance with national credit policies in a well-established company operating in the distribution of building materials.
The role is both analytical and customer service-oriented.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze customers' financial and credit information
Open and review customer accounts
Authorize or recommend credit limits
Follow up and collect on accounts (payments)
Monitor accounts exceeding credit limits
Participate in order releases and project account follow-ups
Respond to customer inquiries (e.g., copies of invoices, address changes) and provide administrative support
