Collections Specialist

Avid is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team in Manila. This role is primarily responsible for managing the accounts receivable portfolio and optimizing cash collections in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Hybrid work arrangement: twice a week on-site at our BGC, Taguig City office, and once per week on the graveyard shift from 9:00PM to 6:00AM Manila time, with schedule adjustments based on Daylight Saving Time in the Americas region and business requirements.

What You'll Do

• Conduct proactive outreach to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Manage and analyze the accounts receivable aging report for assigned account portfolio, prioritizing collection activities.
