📌 Role: Collections Representative (Inbound / Outbound – US Process)

📌 Experience: 2–3+ years in Collections (Mandatory)

📌 Shift: US Shifts

📌 Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

📌 Voice Quality: CEFR C1 Level Preferred

🔹 Job Scope:

- US-based payment follow-ups and debt collections

- Handling delinquency buckets and recovery operations

- Third-party / agency-style collections activities

- Negotiation of payment plans and settlements

- Customer risk assessment and resolution management

- End-to-end collections call handling (inbound & outbound)
