Collections & Loss-Mitigation Coordinator

GoodLeap is seeking a Collections Coordinator to manage key administrative and compliance functions in the Collections Department. The role includes monitoring loss mitigation programs, managing customer communications, and performing quality audits to ensure adherence to SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in collections or financial services, with strong project management and communication skills. Compensation is 134 MXN per hour.
