Collections & Data Analyst

**Position: Collections & Data Analyst**
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
**English Level**: C1
**Experience**: 1-3 years
We are looking for a professional to support both **data operations** and **collections activities**. This role involves working with spreadsheets and client data to keep information clean and organized, while also assisting with collections when needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Enter and clean account data from client files.
- Organize and standardize information for daily use.
- Use Excel and other tools to prepare reports.
- Find updated contact information when necessary.
- Support phone‑based collections when data tasks are lighter.
- Keep records accurate and updated.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in data management, collections, or operations.
- Strong skills in **Microsoft Excel** (required).
