Collections & Client Relations Specialist

TransPerfect Gaming is looking for a professional to join their Billing and Collections team in Medellín, Colombia. The role involves managing Client relationships to ensure timely payment of invoices while providing expert advice and resolving any billing issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in billing or collections. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Additional languages and experience with visualization tools are a significant advantage.
