Collections Analyst (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

As a Collections Analyst within our General Direct Collection Team, you will be building a strategic relationship with customers, understanding their business models, identifying challenges in the payment process and finding solutions to improve payments and accelerate cash‑flow.

What will your day consist of?

• Building a strategic relationship with customers, understanding their business models, identifying challenges in the payment process and finding solutions on improving payments and accelerating cash‑flow
• Sending consolidated account statements to our AP contacts, who are usually part of centralized teams
• Logging the disputes raised by the customers and follow‑up with internal and external stakeholders for resolution
• Conducting critical calls with different Order Management groups to review the status of the disputes, negotiate and agree on resolution timelines
• Having ad‑hoc calls with Accounts Payable representatives ...
