Collections Analyst (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

As a Collections Analyst within our General Direct Collection Team, you will be building a strategic relationship with customers, understanding their business models, identifying challenges in the payment process and finding solutions to improve payments and accelerate cash‐flow.
What will your day consist of?
Building a strategic relationship with customers, understanding their business models, identifying challenges in the payment process and finding solutions on improving payments and accelerating cash‐flow
Sending consolidated account statements to our AP contacts, who are usually part of centralized teams
Logging the disputes raised by the customers and follow‐up with internal and external stakeholders for resolution
Conducting critical calls with different Order Management groups to review the status of the disputes, negotiate and agree on resolution timelines
