Collections Analyst
The Collections Analyst performs data analysis and reporting to support collections monitoring, strategy, and performance management.
What You Will Do
- Prepare collection reports for the Collections Operations Team based on strategy and risk criteria (e.g., risk‑based calling lists), in collaboration with the Credit and Portfolio Management Team
- Prepare monthly reports for Portfolio Quality Review and Monthly Business Review Update and maintain SQL tables for Collections monitoring (e.g., Days Past Due (DPD) and outstanding balances)
- Analyze Collections performance and measure effectiveness of strategies
- Manage stakeholders and key resources to support the implementation and tracking of initiatives, in collaboration with Collections Operations and Credit and Portfolio Management teams
